If you are using IEv8 these are the steps.
1.Click Tool
2.Click Delete Browsing History
3.Delete All
You can submit the URL to delete in google Administrator .
Go to Tools then Options and then General. Then in the Home Page box type the URL you want!
You can delete URL's in Google Chrome by deleting history. Deleting history will delete them from the URL's.
