Plug your iPod into the computer you usually use for iTunes and stuff and click as if you were going to put songs on. Once you are on the page that says how full your iPod is and how much capacity it has go up to the top where it has tabs that say Music, Calendars and Pictures (something like that) then click on pictures and find the file and the ones you don't want and uncheck them.
