The tides themselves are their own best demonstration. Are you asking for some kind of lab or presentation demonstration of the tides? That probably won't be easy to pull off.

During a spring tide, the high water mark would be high up on the beach on the flood, and very far out on an ebb tide. During a neap tide, the high water mark is not so high or so low as during a spring tide.
You can't drain the water, but you'll have to wait for its tide. On high tide, the water floods the cave. For low tide, the cave is dry. It all depends on luck whether its high or low tide
