No, it's not better for a microphone, but it's better for a long cable connection without treble loss. Scroll down to related links and look at "Cable Length, Cable Capacitance, and Treble Loss".
AnswerThe word "cord" refers to a what is usually called a cable. A 1/4" cable can be used to connect your electric guitar to an amplifier. The word "chord" refers to a group of notes played together.I think you mean "chord". The combination of atleast 2 strings played together makes a chord.
check out the bass that the guy in disturbed uses by a brand called traben , through a cheap guitar cable and a microcube amp it blew me away with the heaviness of it.
It doesn't really matter if you shoot 500 arrows a year or 500 arrows a week; all you have to do is keep your string well-waxed with beeswax, and examine it every so often for fraying (the string starts to get fuzzy) and broken strands. Examine the cables for wear, and look at the teardrops once in a while to see if the cable is pulling out. As for storage: compounds were designed to be left strung, so don't worry about that. However, don't let it lie around someplace where it can undergo extremes of temperature and humidity---for instance, hanging it up in the back of a pickup-truck gun-rack probably wouldn't be too good for it. Oh, and take it in to your favorite local pro shop, and have them check the cams and lube up the axles once in a while.

No, you cannot. The shorter connection will not fit the string/cable. Even if it did, the tension could damage the bow.

1) Disconnect the antenna lead from the back of the radio 2) Tie a string around the end of the antenna wire that you just removed (make sure it is at least 4-5 feet in length 3) Remove the screws from the antenna mast mounting and pull out the antenna and cable with the string attached to it 4) Untie the string from around the end of the old cable and tie it to the end of the new cable 5) feed the end of the new cable into the mast mounting and, using the string inside the car, pull the new cable down through the pillar 6) Un-tie the string and plug the end of the cable into the radio 7) Re-install the antenna mount with the screws and tighten securely
You can select the cable length in the option box.
