There should be a packing list under the seat in the springs to tell you the entire trucks list. Also the dealer can tell from the Vin. There is also probably a tag on the differential itself with the part numbers and so on.

It has the 4L80E transmission in it. And the only one that you can put in it is a 1996 4L80E, no other year will bolt up.
