To develop an individual learning plan, it would need to include:
· Objectives/goals (overall expectations).
· Teaching/learning strategies. I can list those in which are to my learning expectations and what qualifications I can work towards in the future.
· Assessment methods.
I would set myself goals, say about 3 - 5 years, i would write where i'd like to be and what i want to do. I would then look at how to achieve these goals and what qualifications i would need and how to set about getting them.

Learning is the process which starts with the beginning of our life and end with our life. We get lots of opportunities of learning and development in whole life and these developments change with the nature of work we do. The whole process of learning and development of our life is called EXPERIENCE.
We normally plan learning activities ,However in advanced approach we do plan learning experiences as prerequisite for learning process to occur . Learning occurs only when ,teachers explore students prior knowledge and link it to prevailing conditions. If teachers will prepare piquant learning conditions this will enhance impartment of knowledge and skills to their learners ( Thadei filipatali UDSM,2012)
Areas of learning and development are interdependent because progress in one area often supports progress in another. For example, language development can enhance cognitive development as children learn new words and concepts. Similarly, social development can be supported by emotional development, as children learn to regulate their emotions in social interactions. Overall, growth in one area can positively influence growth in other areas, resulting in a holistic approach to learning and development.
The concept of learning and human learning is the acquisition of knowledge for development and advancement.
The nature of child development has a direct impact on learning. A child's development tells them when they can learn specific skills or facts.
A typical lesson plan includes the following parts: Objective: The specific learning goal for the lesson. Materials: Resources needed to conduct the lesson. Procedure: Step-by-step outline of how the lesson will be conducted. Assessment: How student learning will be evaluated. Extension: Additional activities or resources to reinforce learning beyond the lesson.
