The same as anywhere else in the UK just dial the number
For the Republic of Ireland, you dial 00 353. Then dial the rest of the number that you have, except leave out the 0 that begins the number. If you are trying to call an international shared-cost number on country code +808, dial 00 808. The cost should be comparable to a domestic long-distance call.
If you're calling the number from outside the UK - you need to dial the international access code that tells your telephone system to dial a number outside your country. then the country code for the UK, then the number itself - without the leading zero. For example If you're dialling from the USA you would dial 00441489885933 - you omit the first zero - because that's just to tell UK telephone exchanges the number is not a local call.
You would dial 00 353 6145 8502.
