You need to use HTML mode - go to profile > modify > HTML mode > paste in the HTML code > click enter.

HTML when contains error won't work on the browsers. It can happen when a tag is not closed correctly.

It's not advisable, but I don't think they say that you can't. If you have the right HTML, you can click on "My Page" and then edit your Presentation. Switch it to HTML Mode, by clicking the button on the right (above the smileys) and then you can type in your HTML codes and click save. If you've done it right, it should work. Good luck! How do you get a Howrse layout to work?
The howrse layout works if you put in the right HTML code or use accepting things. If the layout is empty, then you have to klick on the link "Modify presentation" and there it is. Then klick the link where it says "Modify layout" To get it done. Self i think howrse sucks!!
