Take off the center console of side over (On passenger side) and cut off the white wire with a black stripe. You may want to weld on an off/on switch for it after wards. Just cutting it will result in a code being throne off and your "Check Engine" light to turn on. There will be nothing wrong with your engine if you cut this wire, but the car's computer will think there is.

Why in the hell would you want to? You will burn your transmission up if you do, for sure.
Are you trying to disable the 106 speed limit or change what is called the Vehicle Speed Sensor? If its just switching the VSS, you have to remove the air intake, then it is the plug on top of the Transmission... Check out more info here Http://www.teamzx2.com

you have to have the computer reprogrammed to get rid of the speed sensor or governor as you call it.
