If you are talking about when you are parked, my 2006 Forrester will stop beeping at you if you buckly your seat belt then unbuckle it. The warning does not come back on

To disable the seat belt alarm on a Chevy Colorado, locate the alarm fuse. Pull out the fuse to disable the alarm.
You can take it to a Mazda dealer and they can do an update to your car's computer to disable the alarm. I think it's around $50-$75 for them to do that.
Buckle the seat belt around the back of the seat
1st- seat down 2nd- buckle seat belt.
You have to put on your seatbelt for like 10 seconds then take it off then but it back on for another 10 seconds then take it off. That will stop the annoying beeping.
