Wear the seatbelt!!
You should wear your seatbelt. End of discussion
You can not disable it. You have to fix whatever is causing it to go off.
poor milk in the seatbelt then grab a 9mm hand gun and shot the mfer!
they are two separate fuses. so two separate chimes. look at your fuse box.
the speaker is in the instrument cluster (dont try and take it apart!), and you can have someone go in and change the coding to another country that does not have seat belt warning.
Insert -> Eject belt within 3 seconds. It should disable chimes until you turn off engine.
you can disable the seat belt chime by connecting and disconnecting the driver's seatbelt 20 times in 30 seconds with the key turned to on (not running). I've found that it's more important to make sure the seatbelt fully connects and disconnects than worry about the 30 seconds.
I believe the generic electronic module (GEM) controls the operation of the warning chimes along with warning lamps and the operation of several other features on your Explorer.
i wish Levi would love me
The warning chimes on a 2003 Chevy Malibu may not work if the fuses are blown. The fuse box is usually located on the inside of the car under the dash.
i have a 2004 Chevy col, and my chimes and seat belt make NO NOISE. the person before me took out the factory radio, and the chimes, and seat belt buzzer, ran through the radio.
