1. First go in settings slot on your PSP. 2. Go in security settings and go in Parent Control level. it will ask the password. If you now what it is put it in.( if you don't know it's 0-0-0-0. unless its a pre-owned one it might be changed. but try the password I told you. 3. change the parent control to OFF.
