My '02 Dakota came with an aftermarket Karr alarm installed by the dealer and no install/uninstall doc was provided. The alarm tied into a bunch of wires behind the plastic trim to the left of the parking brake pedal. I'm normally a do-it-yourself guy but without instructions, I was afraid to touch it so I ended up calling a local Karr approved installer and had them come out and remove it. Total cost to me was $100 and about 1/2 hour of my time standing around watching him. In the end, it was worth it as that alarm was the most annoying, problematic, accessory I've ever had installed in a vehicle.

The alarm can not be disabled by pulling a fuse. The engine computer, ignition switch, interior lighting, and exterior lighting computers are all involved with the alarm. Pulling any of their fuses will disable the car.
Put the key in the door and unlock it.
As nearly as I've been able to tell, you must either use the Smart Key or the keyfob to disable the alarm. Other than that, you can see if the dealer can disable it permanently.
You can not just cut a wire to disable an alarm. You will have to hook that wire back up.
