Open your Driver's Door and there is a fuse panel cover on the left side of the dash. pull it off, look at the fuse layout legend and pull the 10 amp fuse for the horn
How do I disconnect the horn on my 2000 Dodge Stratus? Everytime I turn the wheel, as of last evening, it goes off!
You probably have a short in your electrical system. Also the fuse may be burnt out on the horn.
what do no bus mean
below right front headlight
disconnect and reconnect the battery
Locate the interior fuse center in the instrument panel at the driver door just below the steering wheel. Using the fuse schematic from the cover remove the horn fuse (20 amps for most). Note: removing this fuse will also disable the cigarette lighter.
check horn relay.
the horn is located in the battery compartment in the wheel well on the drivers side the horn is located in the battery compartment in the wheel well on the drivers side

Haynes Repair Manuel I bought mine at Autozone
I have the same type of car a 06 dodge stratus sxt sedan and mine is located on the driver side by the door. you will need to remove the panel where your fuses are located and it is at the bottom right. hope this helps.
You can't. It is a government required safety item that the horn honks when the door is open, the brake is not pressed and the trans is not in park.
