If you are asking about the engine governor, you can't disable it. It is possible to outrun your Goodyears or over spin your driveshaft. Your car is governed at about 118mph. Police PCM will allow a higher top speed but it too is governed for the same reasons.
It's part of the electronic engine controls. You can't disable or modify it without the appropriate control box.
It has no governor. Speed is controlled by the ECU.
It does not have a governor. Speed is computer controlled.
Has no governor. Computer controlled. The only way to disable is to reprogram the computer.
