Check your fuse box far the lowest fuses and then pull one by one out until the alarm goes of. Or check under your seat, most of the cars seat belt sensor is underneath the seat and then you can just pull the plug out. The sensor can also be inside your dashboard behind the light of your seat belt light. Or if you can find the small speaker then you can pull the wire out.
The easiest way to disable your 1994 Chrysler New Yorker alarm is to remove the alarm fuse. The alarm fuse can be found in the fuse box.
if it is the same model as in M
if you have a hatch back you can deactivate alarm system by placing key in hatch back and simply openning door
pull out the fuse for the alarm and that will disable the alarm then just start it up Try unlocking the drivers door with the key, there should be a switch on the back of the key cylinder to turn alarm off.
It can not be permanently disabled. It is disarmed with the remote or by unlocking the doors with a key.
The alarm will go off if the keyless entry has quit working. the keyless entry and alarm module is behind the glove box in the right corner. There is no way to bypass this module. The dealership will charge you out the ass for a new one. But back to the point, the key will disable the alarm. When the alarm goes off when you unlock the driver or passenger door, lock the driver door and unlock it again with the key. It should go off the first time you unlock it, but if it doesn't, lock it and unlock it again. This should disable the alarm. Atleast it does on my Rodeo.
You can try to turn the key left and then turn back to right for disable the alarm
The new chipless key, or unmatched key will need to be reprogrammed into the cars computer.

Is it possible that the Jeep is a Laredo with an alarm. My jeep did the same thing after I installed a new starter. What I had to do was close the driver side door, lock it, and then unlock it to disable the alarm. Hope this helps.
By design, they can only be programmed by those possessing the correct equipment. If this were not so, anyone could buy a fob, program it to a vehicle, and then disable the alarm.
