Its more than likely your heater core.
Answertake the seat out there is not enough room , take the dash off there are screws located on the bottom of the plastic, take the heater hoses off the firewall underneath the hood, and remove the a/c hoses from the firewall located on the passenger side under the hood, before removing the a/c hoses make sure the system is drained, there is two torque screws underneath the a/c hoses take them off and pull the block part off, there are four nuts that hold the box in place they are located on the firewall two on the passenger side one in the center of the firewall final one is on the driver side beside the heater hoses you take off before taking the box out of the truck disconnect the vacuum lines and wires connected to the blower.knowledge based on doing it myself on my 1993 dodge dakota.
It's under the hood on the passenger side by the firewall.
The fuel filter is located on the passenger side near the firewall. It is a silver-colored cylinder with hoses on each end. You have to disconnect it from the car and try to pull it out far enough to pull the hoses off. My 1993 had really short hoses and it didn't come out far enough to change the darn thing by myself. Hopefully, they fixed the problem by 1995. Steven
use a drill or use the grommet that is already there.
The alarm is under the hood next to firewall in the center, it looks sorta like a round horn.
Disconnect heater core inlet and outlet hoses - couple them together
either located on the firewall or one of the ac hoses
