take off 500 mg a month......drink alot of water.....eat GOOD FOOD....stop the free radicals...take multi vitamin/ b complex/ eat bananas ,alot of vege food.....trick yourself one day and walk 20 miles....(the key word is sweat)....and breath....(take a deep breath, then hold it...breath out slow, then breath normally) this is very important :)

You will need to taper the dosage, reduce it gradually, not quit it all at once, and you should do it under a doctor's care. Quitting Depakote all at once or too fast can cause you to have a SEVERE seizure, even if you have NEVER had a seizure before. See the Related Link.
