You restore down each document to half the screen size then move one to the right and the other to the left and wow you can see both
There are no special files you need to install with Windows 7. Use a browser, like Internet Explorer, to display HTML formatted documents and web pages.

Alternate display languages are only officially supported in Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Enterprise; to change the language for these operating systems you can use Control Panel>Region and Language>[Keyboards and Languages] tab to install and uninstall display languages. Alternatively, if you do not own Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise you can use Vistalizator to change the language of your system.
Theoretically - yes. HOWEVER - some computer manufacturers state you are voiding the warranty on the computer by 'rolling back' the display to the Windows 7 format. In which case, should your computer develop a fault within the guarantee period - they will not repair it under warranty - and will charge you !
