the horn is located on the driver side of car under the fender whel in front of the driver side tire
check if there is a fuse box under your hood. That's where mine is but it is a 97.
sohunds like you have a short on the horn botton, you only have a hot wire, so when you push the horn botton it make a gorund to make the horn sound
fuse is located in fuse panel at lower left of steering wheel
There must be a short in the system somewhere that causes the fuse to blow.
It is important to know what is causing problems in a car. When the horn relay clicks, but the horn does not sound, it is not a fuse but more likely to be the cars clock spring.
Answering your question concerning the horn relay . I have a voyager 98 ,my horn and cruise control was not working so the problem was from a piece name clock spring located under the horn and cruise switches in the (direction) . So when i changed this clock spring both problems where solved . The clock spring is under warranty from Chrysler/Dodge due to a factory recall. Check with your local dealer to see if your model/year is covered.
The clockspring is the electrical connection under the steering wheel. If it is broken the horn and cruise switches are no longer part of the circuit.
The horns are located in front of the wheel on the driver side of the vehicle. There is a round panel which can be turn and removed to get to the horns and connectors.
I dont quite understand the question, but without trying to sound smart, just blow the horn, if its not working then could be the Horn Relay.
