In that case - there are three ways. 1. Research and apply to the numerous short Film Festivals that occur around the us/world 2. internet - YouTube and vimeo are good places to start. With the hope that they create some buzz. Do something to bring media attention to the links 3. Hand / mail distribution of dvds. This is what the south parks guys did. Eventually creating buzz by the word of mouth / underground nature of the dvds.
