She will you that Shimerin Shimm took the books, but you must give her 5 emeralds in exchange of the information. Shimerin Shimm in the house next to Fourfingered Frank in the forest on Skullton. After talking to her you'll just need to pass a few messages to Frank and then you'll be done.
