Urinate a little bit into the toilet, then stick the end of the pregnancy test in midstream. Replace the cap back onto the end and set the test on a level surface. Wait however long is called for in that particular test - usually five to ten minutes. Then read the test according to the instruction sheet to determine whether positive or negative.
