To do a elbow stand, go into a downward dog position. ( hands on the floor, feet on the floor, and your body should make a triangle) Move from your hands to your elbows. You can have your forearm pointing straight forward, and hand on top of the other, making a triangle. Slowly walk your feet forward. Lift one leg, and make sure that you hips are squared. With the leg up in the air, kick/push off the ground with the other foot. If your a beginner, try doing this about a foot away from a wall, so you don't go over. Once you get the hand of it and can balance, you can play with your legs, and try different things, such as splits, or stags. Have fun!
