There is no Pegasus in Oblivion, the one that the previous answer was talking about is a unicorn, not Pegasus. It is very white and while attack if a weapon is drawn even if you basically own it. The location is called Harcane Grove. The unicorn is protected by three leveled enemies called 'Minotaurs of the Grove.' It is tied to Hiricine's Deadric Quest. If you partake in the quest, you have to kill the unicorn and bring its horn to Vajhira, which is the Deadric Prince. Hope this helped!

Give it the necklaces. Then talk to the unicorn, the unicorn will thank you, then ask you to go check on its baby. Continue on through the maze. The third quest is the baby unicorns quest. Talk to the baby unicorn, and it will say the baby ogre is being mean. Go talk to the baby ogre. He will say he wants 500 diamond necklaces. Don't accept! Slap him! Then he will apologize and leave. Talk to the baby unicorn and tell it that the Ogre is gone. Then go back through the maze and talk to the mother unicorn. Tell the unicorn its baby is safe. There are no more quests. Sadly, even if you talk to Oswald and he says there are rumored Pegasi, There aren't. How disappointing.
