To learn ninja moves, I suggest you take Martial Arts training, either online or with a group. It's good idea to enroll in 'karate' or 'tae kwon do' classes to learn how to engage in physical combat without geting hurt.

Sword fighting skills can be learned, in time, by taking Kendo or Fencing.

Then, IF you master those arts, you may be ready to train to become an awesome NINJA!

The moves themselves can be easily transitioned from the fields of gymnastics and Parkour. Strength, stamina, and agility are the key elements. Fexibility is equivalent to speed, so remember to workout properly AND... privately.

Move slowly at first, so as to retain your balance.
