The easiest way to start with is just to drop the ball from your hands onto your foot and kick it back. Then extend on that and do left then right or use more touches from different parts of the body.To do keepy ups full on you must relax your entire body mainly your arms then drag the ball back onto your strongest foot. Next try and keep maximally relaxed and watch the ball then kick when it gets to it's near lowest point.

to do keepy-ups hold L2 and continually press R1. With 5 star skillers such as ronaldo you can also do keepy-up trick my moving the right analog stick around.
a good warm up is punching the ball up like keepy ups only with your hands but try to stay in the same spot
basically you need to be doing controled keepy ups at about knee height, then you catch the ball with the outside of the foot generating lots of spin to give it more hang time. As soon as you've put spin on the ball you carry your foot around the ball in the quickest and shortest way possible before catching the ball or carrying on with the keepy ups.---> this takes lots of practise and will be hard at fist but onced youve nailed it, it will become easy !!! goodluck :)
