magic coin tricks are a sleight of hand, best way to learn is as an apprentice.
Before beginning the trick, hide a coin in your left palm. In front of your audience, put an identical coin in your right palm. Now, with both hands as fists, spin them around or knock them together. This may be done slowly to emphasize that the coin hasn't moved. Have the kids guess which hand the coin is in. No matter which hand they guess, the coin will be in the other hand!

This is a novelty or magic coin that has been altered and was not produced by the mint And has no collection value at all.
There are several ways of vanishing objects, either by using sleight of hand or a gimmick. For making coins or other small objects disappear with sleight of hand, check out J.B. Bobo's book: Modern Coin Magic. For silks, lit cigarettes or salt, do some research on a utility device called a 'thumb tip'. You can buy one from pretty much all magic stores. For the trick, popularized by David Blaine, where you make a coin vanish (either from your own hand or from a spectator's) by waving your hand over it, this is achieved using a device called 'The Raven', available from many magic dealers. There are many other techniques but the three mentioned are the most relevant to a layperson.
What you have is part of a novelty coin, or part of a coin used for illusions. You may be able to find a buyer for it on eBay, but it has no inherent collector's value, nor is it spendable, technically, as a cent. (The hollowing-out, by the way, was done after the coin was minted.) Somebody hollowed out a normal penny and either ground off the edges of a dime, or ground off the back and the edges of another penny, and then glued this piece into the hollowed out area of the first coin. This was done to make either a two-headed coin, or a coin that would appear to change from a penny to a dime in a magic trick. These coins are mass-produced and sell for a couple dollars on eBay.

You put the coin in a handkerchief over a glass of water. Then let someone hold the coin through the handkerchief. Then ask if anybody has a magic wand. If they don't. Next ask if anybody knows any magic words. Say the magic words and tell the person to drop the coin. Remove the handkerchief from over the glass of water. The coin should be gone. That is how I would do it. Oh I forgot one thing. When you put the coin in the handkerchief switch it with a clear glass disc.
This may be a magician's coin---used for magic coin tricks.
The witch smiley is a magic smiley. You can get it if you are very lucky by getting magic. It is the rarest magic you can get. So keep playing levels and getting coin, and hopefully one of them will be a magic. :)
You have to get a magic coin (Which is already very rare). There's a 2% chance that the magic coin will give you a wizard, so its pure luck. If you mean the fire wizard, you have to do the above twice.
