Here is a list of items you can follow to start marketing your site online: # First you need to establish what market you are trying to target. # Then find out if there are buyers of your service/product. Just go to Google Trends and type in keywords that describe your market. All of these sites will allow you to create a "mini hub" about you and your service/product. Then you interact with others and get them interested in what you do. # Google "Free Ads": There are tons of places to get free advertising. Try going into Google and type in "Free Advertising" You'll get a ton of sites. Choose the ones that get good rankings and good hits. Also try placing ads in local and national classifieds. If you like writing, then great, but if not, you may need a copyrighter. Copyrighters can be cheap and can write articles for $10.00 a piece. Additionally you can do a Google search for content that is free to use and modify. Click the advanced tab next to the Google search box and you can find articles that are license free. Grab what you need, make some changes and republish as your own. This is a good free way to get content. # Publish the content on your blog and also submit your articles to the top 20 article directories. You can also find this list by doing a Google search. # Make a few videos: With the growing popularity of YouTube and other video sites, you should give your product a voice. People love to see videos and product demonstrations. If you have a unique product, a video is the best way to showcase it.
