Yeah hi I'm the third person to answer this question - well knowing from experience i got my mum to write a note saying i was ill and she got me off P.E...Great well not really! LOL I was sent over to first aid and it went all wrong i messed up what i was saying and everything so don't lie about it. Tell a friend you trust and maybe they'll stay with you my mates stay with me all the time it seems like I'm the onnly one to have started but anyways yeah. 1. Tell your friends so they'll be there for you 2. Tell your teacher she'll understand if she's a woman and she'll have more respect for you if you do tell her. I had to tell a supply i was on my period and he was male -EMBARRASING. But then again it's human nature so if you do have a male teacher it was fine for me - TELL HIM/HER. Good Luck x Georgia
