The bigger the size, the more energy It Really Depends on the size as the little it is the less energy and the bigger it is the more! As i have seen some in my own eyes through pictures!
Electricity is the flow of electron charge through a conductor and cannot be static unless you wish to measure the potential difference with a voltmeter, however static charge can be detected by gold leaf electroscope.
When you think something or some place is haunted take a picture of it and look for white orbs in the picture and it might be a spirit or dust particle.....most likely a dust particle but its still a good experiment
Quite so! Oh, where to start... If you have a camera and you're wondering about a certain picture that you think had captured a ghost, there could be possible "orbs". These things could be reflecting insects or dust. If there is a bright light on any area of the phoo, it could be a problem with the carema itself! I, personally, don't believe in what people see at night in their house. I believe it is their self conscious telling them things, and so this REALLY needs to be further investigated!
Some occasionally manifest to the point where they are visible to the naked eye - they're commonly referred to as "Shadow People" or "Shadow Entities". The 2 most common are either short, around 3' tall, and taller, around 6'. Mass can either be more defined or as a rough shape. There are many theories about why ghosts can't easily be seen, but they're not invisible - that we do know. Usually people don't see them because they're either not there, don't wish to be seen, or people aren't looking directly at them. Most ghosts, when seen, are typically fleeting glances unless you see it directly head on as a full apparition or Shadow figure, or if you catch it on IR, FS, or regular film or video footage. Ghosts tend to be able to manifest better under certain environmental conditions also - higher static charges in the the air, right humidity and tempeature levels, etc. Recently, there has been a lot of speculation about "orbs" being caught on digital camera pictures in areas where they weren't seen prior to the photo. In reality, true orbs are rarely seen, and when they are, they're glowing and visible to the naked eye. The "orbs" seen on digital pictures are artifacts of light caused by the way digital (and even some film cameras) light is processed. They are typically caused by minute particles in the surrounding air; they are enhanced only due to the higher resolution capabilities of today's digital cameras. Most people are familiar with one type of light artifact already - the "starring" effect of light. There are even special filters for cameras designed to reproduce the effect. Even with the equipment those of us who do Paranormal Investigations have to actively search for ghosts, they are elusive. One of major theories (and one that I myself believe) is that ghosts exist in our plane, but at a different wavelength of light than our naked eyes can normally see. Occasionally, they are able to manifest themselves enough to where their light wavelength and frequency changes enough to where they can be seen. An example is a Hummingbird - when it's flying, their wings are moving so fast they are hard to see because the increased vibrational frequency alters their light wavelength properties, and thus our own ability to see them easily. However, when they hover to feed, the are more easily seen, in part because they are in one relative spot, and have slowed down their vibrational frequency (wing flapping) enough to alter their wavelength enough to be seen more readily. Think of it as a natural form of camouflage.

Depending what you think orbs are in my opinion i think yes.
you cant the orbs are exclusive to certain games
There are 286 orbs in total.
you don't have to to anything with the orbs. They only give you the orbs so if you transfer those legendary Pokemon to Pokemon black or white you can give those legendary Pokemon the orbs.
The Red and Blue Orbs are found at Mt.Pyre ...both the team magma and aqua bosses will have gathered there and you are able to take both the orbs..:)
You don't need the orbs to catch Dialga or Palkia, they are just to power them up. You can catch them in the battle you have with them. PS The orbs are where they were on Spear Pillar.
You find Shadow Orbs at the bottom of the long, deep 'Corruption' shafts.
