To start this quest you have to start Omand's quest which is Omand's Unidentified Animal. To make things easier you can find that quest walkthrough in the M-P quest section. Now, when you find the unidentified animal, Francis, he will ask you to help him with a disguise so he can move out of the jungle. He will ask you to get him a fur coat and a pith helmet. You can get the fur coat from Leroy on Desert Isle. He lives South-West of Santon on a patch of grass in the middle of the desert. You can get the pith helmet from Ben Burlap, the owner of the Tropicton General Store. After you have both things, take them to Francis. The quest is finished, but why not go visit Francis in his new home in Earton to do his next quest? Francis' New Home quest walkthrough below. You Completed Francis' Disguise. Items Needed: None
Omand would like you to take a close look at an animal within the jungle. He tells you that he has two gigantic observations built in the canopy of the jungle. Head down the east coast of the jungle, go past the first ancient stone head, to a forked piece of driftwood. From the driftwood, go west into the jungle. Use your binoculars to jump from ramp to ramp. Once you get to ramp #14, you will meet Omand. In this little clearing, you will find Francis, a big cat. Francis will tell you how he got to be in the jungle, and then he will ask you for a disguise. He will need a pith helmet and a big furry coat. Talk to Ben Burlap at the Tropicton General Store for the pith helmet for $100. Talk to Leroy on Desert Isle for the coat and buy it for $100. Return to Francis once you have the disguise.

Go back to Omand (Tropticton) and ask about where you can get a pith helmet. He will tell you that the Tropticton General store sells them. The big, furry coat you get from Leroy on Desert Isle.
