After that try and find the special thing you need.
Go near it and your Spy Phone will ring and do green.

Also keep in mind, that it might be where there is an unusual crowd of people just standing and saying nothing, or people screaming "field ops here". HOWEVER, right now, this cannot be done. Because of Herbert destroying the field ops giving machine, we cannot get field ops. This will continue until that machine is repaired.
