Eyeliner and mascara--Apply a generous amount of eyeliner to your lower lash line. Then use either a liquid or a gel eyeliner for the upper lash line. If you don't have that use an eyeliner that isn't a pencil. (a softer tip). Curl lashes. After that apply mascara, I recommend Lash Blast Luxe by Covergirl, the pink tube. Apply to upper and lower lashes.

Eyeshadow--First, stick to deep colors. Blacks, greys, shimmers, and whites all work. Apply a grey to your lid all the way to the crease. Then apply a black or a darker shade (Ex: purple) to outer part of the lid. I blend with a white shimmer. Go as high on the lid as you want but I recommend a more simple look as I explained.
First you line your eyes with charcoal eyeliner. Then, brush dark eyeshadow over the lid and just over the crease. The secret of smokey eye is to blend. The, pick a shade of eyeshadow just a little bit lighter that your original shade and blend it under the brow and into the crease. Finally, brush on 3 layers of black mascara.
1. apply a white or cream colour underneath your brow bone
2. put a color all over your eyelid (it can be any colour from blue to pink)
3. take a grey or silver colour and apply it into the crease of your eyelid
4. use a blending brush (or your fingers) with a bit of black eyeshaddow and start to buff out the crease
this will let you know everything. smokey eye is for every eye color. brown, hazel, green, blue, etc. :

7. use eyeliner and make a smooth dark line on your top lid as close to your lash line as you can get it
8. curl your lashes and apply fake eyelashes (or just use mascara on top lashes)
9. use the darker blue color you used in step 4 and apply to lower lash line with a small brush towards the middle of your eye- not all the way along your lash line.

There are many cosmetic industry websites that give lessons and advice on creating a smoky eye look. Different make-up artists will use different colors depending on their preference. However, to achieve the look one must select 3 colors, one that is dark, one that is light and one that is between the two (a popular choice is beige, copper and black).
If you want a guideline for deciding what color eye shadow to use for your eye color, then you can use a color wheel. If you do not want to use a color wheel, then you can purchase eye shadow from brands like L'Oreal or Maybelline that already have their makeup divided by eye color. They have make up divided for hazel, brown, green, blue, and purple eyes.
Generally, a smoky eye makeup look is done with dark colors. Dark, charcoal greys are the traditional choice but bronze colors or browns also make for a nice, smoky look. Colored smoky eyes are also popular, so maybe try a navy or purple smoky eye. It's more about the technique used than the colors so try experimenting!
Compound eyes are used for shapes and colors
I think at a certain age there eyes get used to colors, like when you wake up and your eyes get used to the light.
In ART, they are red, blue, and yellow. In LIGHT, they are red, blue, and green (combined in various hues to create the colors as in a computer monitor or television. * The three composite colors used in printing (besides black) are yellow, cyan, and magenta.
If your question is "what colors cannot be created through mixing" the answer would be blue, red and yellow. These three colors are Primary colors, they are used to create Secondary colors, such as green, orange, and purple. Then, by mixing secondary and primary colors you can create Tertiary colors, such as red-orange, blue-green, etc. The Tertiary colors then mixed with either Primary colors or Secondary colors create the rest of the color wheel.
