It's not possible without those two. A kernel exploit must be found for 6.37 or higher to continue. A Pandora battery and a Magic memory stick can downgrade any PSP-1000 and most PSP-2000's. The Pre-IPL (Initial Program Loader) when a Pandora battery is in use is redirected to the memory stick.
