First, When your PS3 is connected to the internet the upgrade downloads are available at your settings menu. If it is possible take your PS3 to somewhere where you can connect to the internet and to a TV .

I would look and see just how many updates you have missed before you install 3.65 and that was one of the reasons I suggested you take the PS3 somewhere there was an Internet connection.
