Go to Google and type in: Gta garage DYOM download
Then take that one there is from Gtagarage.com
Click download and take the newest version if you want do many things

After donwload it open it and you will find a folder called MPACK
Then go to your Gta San Andreas Userfiles and paste the MPACK in there
Then Open up the game And Say New game then Design Your Own Mission
(How to fix the Problem if you have it)
If you have a problem WIth everytime its finish load it so it close down and say Something like (Gtasa.Exe Stop working) So go and download a crack version of Gta San Andreas Cause the Cd Version did not allways work
PS: Remember to have V ersion 1 and CLEO
