Exporting contacts
1. go to palm desktop on your PC
2. export your contacts from there to Microsoft outlook or windows contacts.
3. go onto iTunes, click on your iPhone, select the contacts tab.
4. import contacts from Microsoft outlook or windows contacts.
This may not work as i have a very old version of palm desktop.
