Only If Its an Ipod touch if not NO!
Yes. There is an app called iTunes on your iPod/ IPhone that you can buy songs on. Just enter in your iTunes account name (the one your iPod is synced with) and then you can download songs just like on your computer... but way quicker. Btw... the app iTunes comes with your iPod touch when you first buy it.
You can download on the itunes icon on you ipod or you can connect to computer and then put in a cd. You can then transfer the songs. It is legal.
The least amount of songs you can download on an iPod Touch is 0 songs.
You have to connect it to your computer then download them from itunes. You may also connect to itunes via wi-fi on your ipod. It does cost money to get songs though
There is no way to download straight to the iPod touch, you must either use the iTunes app or download from a computer.

If you have iTunes on 1 computer and want to get songs from another iTune on a new computer onto your iPod, you can't. You can delete all the songs on your iPod and start again on the new iTunes, but you cant combine 2 iTune libraries. This is for all iPods, not just the iPod touch. You have to download it all again. Hope this was what you meant.
