To download songs for Guitar Hero III, first you need the game on either Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 (DLC for Wii will be coming soon, the PC and PlayStation 2 versions do not support it), and a connection to either Xbox Live or PlayStation Network.

I don't think you can make your own songs, but you can download them on 360.
You can't. You can only download songs in Guitar Hero III for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. However, Guitar Hero World Tour, 5, and Warriors of Rock support song downloads for all consoles. But Rock Band has way more downloadable songs, so that might be a better option.
no
No. This is not available.
impossible, unless you use hacks on the computer
No, Guitar Hero 3 has no DLC, if you wanted to put new songs on it you'd have to hack it somehow. The new Guitar Hero: World Tour will have DLC though, you'll be able to download songs onto and play songs from your SD cards (they will probably let you download all the songs from the previous games). If you want more info on Guitar Hero: World Tour for Wii check out the Related Linksbelow.
Unfortunately Guitar Hero III on the Wii system does not support downloadable content as with the PS3/Xbox360. RedOctane (publisher) cites lack of space as the main reason.
No you can't. And you can't import RB1 songs to RB2, like on other systems.
Unfortunately, you don't. Neither Guitar Hero III or Rock band (the original) for the Wii support downloadable songs. I'm not sure about future titles.
Guitar Hero III (Guitar Hero 3)
The song "My Name Is Jonas" by Weezer appears in Guitar Hero III. So far, no AC/DC songs have been released on any Guitar Hero game.
