Sansa Media Converter is the best converter for your Sansa. But since this may be a little bit different then what your used to I am going to give you the instructions on how to use it. But before I tell you that, it is easiest to download songs by Windows Media Player. All youhave to do is insert your disc into the drive hit the "Rip" tab and then hit the "Rip" button on the bottom of the page. Once 'ripped' the songs will be added to the "Library". Open the library. Hit "Sync"(should be on the left side of the page) and drag the music you want into the 'Sync' box on the right. Make sure your Sansa is plugged in though! For everything else there is Sansa Media Converter! Here is the directions on how to download videos and pictures onto your Sansa: If you use Sansa Media Converter instead of the program you are using now there won't be any problems. Here is the advice I can give you on putting videos onto your Sansa: The easiest way to put videos on the Sansa is to go on YouTube. Once your on Youtube, search the video you want. Add 'pwn' in front of the web address and click "Download MP4 Version" Once you do this it will ask you what you would like to name it. Name it the videos name because this is what will appear in the menu on your Sansa. Open Sansa Media Converter (available on sansa.com) and add the video by simply dragging it from its current positon (it's current position, after finished downloading, should be either in your desktop or "Your Computer" the "Your Computer" Icon should be in your start menu). Hit the "convert" button and you'll be all set! If you want to download movies you'll have to buy them. Sorry!:'(. Hope this helps! I am going to state the obvious now but remember your Fuze has to be plugged into your computer! For the Pictures: Save the pictures from your camera onto your computer. Once that is done you can drag the file onto the Sansa Media Converter and convert it. To ge pictures off the internet, just hit "Save Picture As..." name the picture. After that go to "Your Computer", find te file and drag it to the Sansa Media Converter. Hit "Convert". It's as easy that! And stating the obvious again make sure your Sansa is plugged into the computer!:). GOOD LUCK!

You dragged videos from realplayer downloads to the video file on your sansa fuze how come you cant find them on your sansa fuze?

further clarification: i saved videos from youtube to realplayer SP. then i clicked the "open to view files" on the options when i plugged in my sansa fuze. i clicked on "internal memory" to view the files. then i clicked "my computer" and opened it to "downloads" after that, i dragged the videos i wanted onto my sansa fuze, when i checked the file, the videos were there. so i unplugged it. it then said "refreshing your media" after it finished, i went to watch one of the videos to see if it uploaded, but there were no videos. i checked through all my music and photos and other options, and i couldn't find the videos. so i plugged it back in and checked the memory. and the videos were there in the videos file, but i still couldn't find them once i unplugged my sansa! please help!
