use the valve on the bottom of the rad... lift up the car and you look at the bottom corner of the rad there is a little valve and there is a hole drilled in the rad support cage which it will pour threw dont open the valve too much or it starts splashing out of the valve and will not go out of the hole and start going all over your front end of your grand prix
if there is no drain petcock on lower radiator tank, removing bottom radiator hose at radiator is the only way to drain radiator

Look closely at the radiator. Check the bottom corner of the radiator that is opposite of the lower radiator hose. If there is no drain plug or petcock, then the coolant will need to be drained by removing the lower radiator hose.

Search for a drain petcock along the lower edge of the radiator tanks. Loosen the valve with a pliers, but DO NOT OVERTIGHETEN IT. Not all radiators have one. If you can't find one, then you will have to remove the lower radiator hose which will drain most of the coolant from the engine block too.
