The bottom radiator hose is the drain plug. I guess the designers decided that there was no need for a drain plug any more.
In a 2002 trailblazer it is located on the bottom of the radiator one the passenger side. Every other model year to my knowlege does not have drain plug.

its there....i think its a screw on the very bottom of the radiator..faces the ground if you dont see one disconnect the lower radiator hose
There are no drain plugs on a Lacrosse's radiator. GM stopped them after 2003 model year. To drain the radiator, you'll need to remove the lower radiator hose.
