If no accessories have been added that are draining the battery it is probably the voltage regulator . The voltage regulator will short out creating an open circuit , and the battery will drain back through it .
Arctic Cat recommends 10W/40 or 5W/30 for the 650, 700, and 1000 Prowler. Any "Wet Clutch Compatible" Motorcycle or ATV motor oil in this range will work. Automotive motor oils contain friction modifiers that can cause wear and heat to the clutch assembly. Arctic Cat recomends their 0W-40 synthetic oil. But you can use most any motorcycle/atv grade oil either synthetic or standard with around the same weight, 10w-40 is pretty common and cheaper then the cat oil.
Arctic Cat ATV reviews can be read on the Internet. The most popular online source would have to be ATV Rider Online, which has multiple good reviews on the topic.
The 2001 grizzly 600 ATV is "Air Cooled". There is no coolant. The little radiator in the front is an oil cooler.
Arctic Cat ATV parts are sold internationally and not just within America, therefore browse through the eBay website for purchase. There are not many stores that stock in Artic Cat ATV.
