Read the Service Manual....its not for beginners...you may want to consult someone whos done it before...some special tools are required to do it properly.
How do you change oil in a 1993 FLSTC?
Remove the oil pan drain plug. The drain plug can be found on the bottom of the oil pan. When all of the oil has drained out, put the plug back in. Refill the engine with new oil.
