Since that gas tank has no drain plug, that leaves you two options. One, use a hose and siphon it out or two, drop the tank and drain it. Personally, I would siphon it out, it's a lot easier. The problem is how. Purchase a hand pump and long piece of flexible hose, and pump out as much out as possible. Use extreme caution when doing this. Gasoline vapors are highly explosive.
