The easy way is to shut off fuel start and run motor till it dies then if you have a small drain screw on the bottom bowl of carb. with a small hose running from it open screw till last bit of fuel drips out. Please do not drain fuel onto ground. Dispose of it correctly.
run the engine out of gas!
pull the gas line off of the carburetor and let it drain.
easily unattach the hose coming from the tank leading to the carburetor turn the gas ''on'' and drain and then turn to "reserve" and drain the rest of the gas.
take the tubing off of the carburetor that is attached to the gastank and let tank drain, reattach disconnected hose/s to the carburetor, fill tank with proper mixture and start!
The gas tank sholud have a valve near the bottom of the tank on either side. Look to see and then continue to undo it/and or the gas line, or follow the gas line to the carburetor and undo it there, remember to remove the tanks gas cap to allow air in to permit the gas to drain.
see if it has a screw at the bottom of the float bowl, if so unscrew it and all the gas/water will drain out the vacuum hoses
SUCCCKKK IT!!!!!!! ha j/k you just flip it upside down and the gas will run out the overflow valve. :)
By removing the drain screw, or depending on the model, the fuel supply hose for the primer. Both are located on the front, lowermost area of the carburetor bowl. Once removed, the fuel will flow out of the carburetor.
Yes
Get a solid container for the gas you want to drain. Loosen and remove the fuel line for them petcock below the gas tank. Open the petcock and let the fuel run into the container. If you want to remove the fuel from the carburetor, then you have to remove it and open the bottom half of it.
to drain gasoline from a dirtbike, you can simply lay it on its side and the gasoline should pour out from the bottom
Drain the carb into a clear glass container and the gas and water will separate the water will look like balls of water.
