I have found the only way is th look at the bottom of the door where the door seal is, there are several plastic tabs, if you gently push on one it opens and the water starts to drain. I have not found any real drainage holes yet though!
Don't know if this is the right way to do it but , i unscrewed the plastic trim that runs along the bottom of the sill and cleaned the drain holes out

There is a drain hole at the bottom of the door that gets blocked. If you pull the seal off the bottom of the door near the end of the door furthest away from the hinge and run your hand along the bottom of the door you should be able to locate it and remove the blockage. You may need something like a screwdriver to poke in depending on how badly blocked it is.
