Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove gas cap. Remove back seat. You will see access to fuel pump plate, it has 6 screws. Unplug wires to fuel pump. Remove plate and pump/filter assembly and insert small (about 3/8 or 1/2 inch) hose in to opening and either siphon out or use a pump, a hand crank or electric pump approved for use for gasoline. (No, there is no drain plug on bottom) Use a proper sealant around edge of access plate before re installing, there is no gasket.
