You have to draw something on paint or photoshop and upload it on the internet, then put the web address of the picture in the user description part of neopets. But, you have to put it in this complicated formula for html (its how it links it to your neopets page) type in free neopets user lookups in google and most just have something to copy and paste and put in your user description page, under preferences in the neopets tool bar.
